We appreciate each child and young adult is different and we tailor our services accordingly depending on each student’s needs and circumstances. We take an individual approach with all of our students and are happy to discuss all requirements. We have created three annual guardianship packages with additional services added as required.

Academic Year 2026 - 2027
As your child's guardian we are your representative in the UK. We are available 24/7 to provide support in times of emergency and represent you and your child's interests should their school be unable to contact you for any reason. As an AEGIS gold standard guardianship company we fully comply with all of AEGIS standards at the highest level as well as being fully UKVI compliant. We make every effort to get to know our students and families to be able to support them fully, and offer a friendly, warm and supportive approach.
We provide:
- UK Guardian: A dedicated local UK guardian.
- Visits - Termly visits to your child in school.
- Regular Contact - SMS, Whatsapp or call your child to check in pastorally.
- School Liaison - Completing all school guardianship registration and compliance documents.
- Out of School Arrangements: Liaising with you, the school and the student to agree holiday, half term and exeat arrangements.
- Travel Arrangement in the UK: Organise and book safe and qualified drivers or taxis at the start and end of half-terms and terms. Actual travel costs charged + 10% admin fee.
- Emergency Support: 24-hour, 7 days a week support for your child, you and the school.
- Emergency Accommodation: Provide a trained and inspected Host Family if needed. Additional cost of accommodation charged as required, details listed below.
- Settling in Admin Assistance: Helping your child to purchase a UK SIM or mobile phone, help with other initial admin tasks as required.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor your child's academic progress, attendance and wellbeing. Report to you if there are any causes for concern.
- Safeguarding: Ensure that your child's school and appointed host family (if relevant) are familiar with our Safeguarding Policies and Procedures.

- Travel Arrangement in the UK: Organise and book safe and qualified drivers or taxis at the start and end of half-terms and terms. Actual travel costs charged + 10% admin fee.
- Host Family Accommodation - Organise fully inspected and vetted host family accommodation for exeat and half term holidays as required. Ensuring these arrangements comply with the specific schools criteria. Accommodation costs charged in addition as detailed below.

Academic Year 2026 - 2027
As your child's guardian we are your representative in the UK. We are available 24/7 to provide support in times of emergency and represent you and your child's interests should their school be unable to contact you for any reason. We will communicate with your child at least once a week providing support, reassurance and guidance during their time at school in the UK.
We provide:
- UK Guardian: A dedicated local UK guardian.
- Visits - Half termly visits to your child in school.
- Weekly Contact - SMS, Whatsapp or call your child to check in pastorally.
- School Liaison - Completing all school guardianship registration and compliance documents. Regular contact to check in on welfare matters.
- Student, School & Parent Communications - Liaising with you, your child and the school regarding additional needs, support required and authorisations etc. Up to 12 hours per term.
- Out of School Arrangements: Liaising with you, the school and the student to agree holiday, half term and exeat arrangements.
- Travel Arrangement in the UK: Organise and book safe and qualified drivers or taxis at the start and end of half-terms and terms. Actual travel costs charged + 10% admin fee.

- University Liaison - Completing all university guardianship registration and compliance documents.
- Travel Arrangement in the UK: Organise and book safe and qualified drivers or taxis at the start and end terms, as required. Actual travel costs charged + 10% admin fee.
- Emergency Support: 24-hour, 7 days a week support for the student.
- Emergency Accommodation: Provide a trained and inspected Host Family if needed. Additional cost of accommodation charged as required, details listed below.
- Safeguarding: Ensure the students' university and appointed host family (if relevant) are familiar with our Safeguarding Policies and Procedures.

Guardianship Optional Extras:
- Extra visits in school if needed – £50 per hour + travel expenses
- Attending scheduled parent teacher evening – £70 + travel expenses
- Taxis & private drivers – charged at cost + admin fee
- Accompanying your child to routine medical, dental and optician appointments – £50 per hour + travel expenses
- Accompanying your child in case of emergency hospitalisation – £90 per hour + travel expenses.
- Birthday extras (e.g. cake, presents, party etc) – charged at cost + 10% admin fee
- Storage if needed – charged at cost + 10 % admin fee
- Translation services – charged at cost + 10 % admin fee
Host Family
Accommodation
Host families are usually the same each time, allowing your child to develop trust, familiarity, and a warm relationship with them. They are all fully police and government checked and have been trained. We inspect homes thoroughly and regularly.
- Host Family accommodation including 3 meals a day
- Short term (3 nights or less) – £120 per night
- Long term (4 nights or more) – £110 per night
- Central & Greater London – £150 per night
- Emergency charge – £160 per night
- Christmas & New Year Bank Holidays – £160 per night
- Fuel allowance for host family driving your child – £0.65 per mile + parking cost

We can source and arrange private tuition if required along with helping access holiday camps. Prices quoted on a bespoke basis depending on requirements.
